The FAQ

Do you Travel?

Yes!! I am based in Northern Indiana and service Southwestern Michigan as well! I do have a small travel fee for sessions outside of my area and am willing to come closer to you when my schedule allows! For weddings and elopements, I like to create a custom package! Please inquire!

How long have you been doing this?

I started my photography business in 2013!

How many photos do we get?

For family sessions & engagements, I usually deliver a minimum of 60 images in an online gallery. Wedding galleries range based on package choice but can be anywhere from 450-1000+

How do we get our photos?

It's a digital world. Everything is delivered through an online gallery that is password protected! This has made sharing with family and friends so much easier on my clients!

Do you retouch photos?

I remove minor blemishes and bruises, my editing style is very natural so I don't do any "heavy" editing.

Whats your turn around time?

Turnaround time varies depending on time of year, photographers have a busy season, just like accountants during tax time! I like to be prompt when I can but I never rush through the culling and editing process. Sessions are typically delivered around 3-4 weeks. Weddings of course take a while longer, I deliver those anywhere between 8-15 weeks.

How do we book you?

If you are considering me as your photographer, I would love to be there for you! Please start the process by filling out my contact form.

Can you help us with planning?

I am here for you. When it comes to planning your session or wedding day timeline- I have experience. Everything will run as smoothly as possible!

How far out do you book?

Sessions are booked 3-6 months out typically. Weddings are booked 8-12 months out.

What should we do for an engagement session?

Anything and everything we can squeeze in a 2 hour window! Your engagement session doesn't HAVE to last that long if you're simple! But I LOVE IT when couples come to me with creative ideas! Pizza date, drive-in movie, paddle boarding, hiking the dunes! Just make it you!!

What should we wear?

Neutral and muted tones work the best with my editing style. Most important thing is that you are comfortable and coordinated! No need to overthink it!
