You are likely overwhelmed with all the wedding information out there, but don’t worry - you’re not alone. I'm here to help. I have been a part of the wedding industry for over 8 years and am ready to document this special time in your lives while being a resource for your wedding related questions!
The information in this pricing guide is meant to help you through all of your photography-related questions so you can relax and get excited for your big day!

Meet Steph.
I’m Steph the owner & photographer of Stephanie McKenna Photography. I love being able to share in the love of two individuals and feel blessed to get to work with such wonderful people each day!
Based out of Elkhart, IN, I’ve been shooting weddings for over eight years now. I have simply lost count of the number of first kisses, first dances, and I Do's I've been lucky enough to capture.
After losing my father early 2013 in a tragic accident, I dropped out of college and decided to pursue my dream of photographing people in love. I started with families and quickly switched to documenting couples & weddings.

what to expect
Before you book:
Info, info, info! I try to give you as much information about my services and myself as you need and answer any questions you might have about packages. I will recommend one collection over another if you're torn between two!
Payment:
A $800 non-refundable retainer & signed contract is required in order to secure your date. The remaining balance is due 21 days prior to your wedding. These are all done electronically.
Scheduling the engagement session:
After you book, we will pick a month and/or specific date for your engagement session. I have a list of location suggestions to provide depending on your vision but you're free to choose a location on your own if you have a place that is meaningful.
Engagement Session day:
One of my favorites! I love getting to know the two of you better. We spend about an hour or two together having fun while getting intimate and playful shots! I direct and pose and talk the entire time! Seriously, I never shut up. Images from your engagement session are delivered within 2-4 weeks in an online gallery.
3-4 Weeks before the wedding:
I will send over a couple forms for you to fill out and nail down specifics with the timeline. Some couples are antsy to get this done earlier, the best way to communicate back and forth on this is via text 574.322.2302
Week of wedding:
I check in to see if there are any changes made to timeline. Remind couple to have details box together for me to photograph.
Day of wedding:
LETS DO THIS. I love your wedding day and am SO EXCITED to be a part of it. I like to start with detail shots and document the bride getting make-up done. I start to direct more as the day goes on to ensure we get all of the portraits we need. My day is finished about 30-40 minutes into open dancing typically. We make sure first dances, cake cutting and speeches have been covered.
After the wedding:
I try to post sneak peeks from your day on social media at least once during the post-wedding editing workflow. However sneak peeks are not a guarantee. Gallery turnaround is anywhere from 6-12 weeks.
